Seb is an amazing realtor. During a really stressful time when we were trying to sell our old house out of state while buying a new house in Santa Cruz, he was there every step of the way, providing us with reminders which helped us ease our nerves and ensure we weren’t missing any crucial steps. Seb offers an honest perspective and will advise you whether or not to consider a property. Communication via text and email are great. He creates video walkthroughs, which were especially useful for us as much of our time was spent remotely searching for listings. It’s also worth mentioning that Seb knows a lot of contractors and is willing to share his expertise about the area. We searched around Aptos and Scotts Valley but ultimately decided on a beautiful, affordable condo near the beach in Santa Cruz, right next to our preferred school and convenient to shops and a decent work commute. Thanks Seb, you are highly appreciated and we look forward to working with you again should we decide to relocate.

When you are selling your property it is important to find right listing agent.Seb Frey is an excellent realtor. Starting a family might not always be the reason to sell a home but it was for me. I wanted to get the most I could out of that nest egg and it needed remodeling. Seb let me know his right hand man worked on his house and had been working with him for 10 years. He included my ideas and checked with me if he thought something should be added. Days when I thought of something he usually contacted me before I even said anything about it. He’ll definitely keep you on the right page in the process and I recommend his negotiating skills when you want someone in your corner. Thanks a million Seb !

He distinguished himself with direct involvement in getting the house ready to list- from inspections to staging to handyman support and after the sale with the movers, escrow process and final paperwork.
